At first glance, the office is enveloped in Landmark 9609 from the Designer Collection by Sherwin-Williams, a warm neutral hue that immediately draws the eye toward the covered terrace and pool beyond. To the right of the entrance, an intimate seating area is anchored by Arte’s Under the Sycamore Tree wallcovering, crafted in fine wood veneer and inlaid by hand. Its rich grain introduces one of many natural elements layered throughout the room.
A Dinamarquesa armchair by Brazilian architect Jorge Zalszupin and a sculptural Kropf side table by Fernando Mendes, both sourced from Espasso, bring elegance and warmth through their use of wood and refined lines. Underfoot, a custom silk and wool rug by NIBA Designs elongates the room while adding softness and texture. Drapery in a textured Casablanca fabric from Westbury Textiles filters natural light throughout the day, while a customized Japanese paper sculpture from CEU Studio subtly reinforces the connection between indoors and out.
At the center of the room, the sculptural Demoiselle Desk by Lia Siqueira balances the darker custom cabinetry positioned behind it, creating a dialogue between lightness and structure. Additional furnishings, including a GS2 chair by Giuseppe Scapinelli and a handwoven wicker ottoman from Teo by CEU Studio, continue the room’s layered material palette.
Curated objects and artwork bring depth and personality to the space. Custom shelving displays a vintage Gulli lamp, ceramics by John Gill and Jay Kvapil, woven sculptures by Teo, and a commissioned work by Miami-based Stargazer Studio in deep green tones. A discreet Reflectel TV Mirror framed in walnut finish showcases Richard Powers’ photograph of Casa Pezo by Pezo von Ellrichshausen, integrating architecture and art into the overall composition.
